Sundar Wilson OFM Cap am a counselor and psychotherapist with over three decades of experience. As the Assistant Director of Anugraha, Institute for Counselling, Psychotherapy, and Research, I help individuals, couples, groups, religious and adolescents navigate life's challenges and achieve greater well-being. I hold a graduate degree in Pastoral Counselling from the University of Toronto, Canada, and a PhD in Psychology from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. I conduct seminars on a diverse array of topics in psychology. I utilize a combination of psychodynamic and cognitive approaches to help clients understand and address these underlying patterns, leading to healing, wholeness, and improved overall health.
