About Me

I am a dedicated Counsellor and certified Psychotherapist with a rich background in eclectic counselling and psychotherapy, integrating Psychodynamic, Behavioural, and Humanistic Existential approaches. I hold a British Psychological Society Accredited certification in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and actively contribute to the Society for Psychotherapy Research, the World Association for Positive and Transcultural Psychotherapy, and the Society for the Advancement of Psychotherapy. I am a certified Consultant of Positive Psychotherapy. I offer expert counselling, support, and guidance to clients facing trauma and hardship. My empathetic yet pragmatic approach ensures effective treatment and therapy. I excel in working with diverse populations and have extensive experience addressing a wide range of life challenges. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in Psychotherapy Science at Sigmund Freud University in Vienna.
